| Question no.1: | May the Bidders submit questions in English? |
| Answer: | Bidders may submit questions in English. The Contracting Authority will publish questions and answers in English and Slovenian. In event of any discrepancy the Slovenian version shall prevail. |
| Question no.2: | The tender documentation states that the bidders shall submit a bank guarantee as a bid bond, while the selected bidder shall submit a bank guarantee as a performance but. Is it necessary to submit a performace bond before the selection? If yes, to what amount shall a performance bond refer? |
| Answer: | The bidders do not have to submit a performance bond in their bid. The bidders have to submit only a bank guarantee as a bid bond. |
| Question no.3: | Is it required to submit a bank guarantee as a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract value? |
| Answer: | The Contracting authority notes that an error had occurred when answering Question no. 2. The Contracting authority explains that in accordance with the Instrictions to bidders (point 2) and in accordance with the contract notice published on the Public procurement portal under no. JN9584/2009 it is not required to submit a bank guarantee as a bid bond. Bank guarantee as a performance bond in the amount of 10% of the contract value will have to be submitted only by the selected bidder upon the signature of the contract. |
| Question no.4: | Please state in English which documents (in original or legal copy) must be enclosed with the financial proposal for the tender. |
| Answer: | The bid shall include the following forms, which are part of the tender dossier: - filled-in form P-1 Ovojnica (Eng: Envelope) - filled-in and signed form P-2 Prijava (Eng: Application) - filled-in and signed form P-3 Vzorec okvirnega sporazuma (Eng: Sample of the Framework agreement) - filled-in and signed form Predračun za Sklop 1 in/ali Sklop 2 (Eng. Proforma invoice for Lot 1 and/or Lot 2) - a Partnership Agreement in case the bidder submits a joint bid. Apart from the mentioned forms, the bidder is not required to submit any other documents. However, the Contracting Authority stresses that the bid shall be submited according to the above-mentioned forms, which are a part of the tender dossier, and in Slovenian language. |
